These Terms of Use apply when you use efforttrains.lat and the referral service Efforttrains Walk-In Tubs offers through it. By browsing the site, phoning the number on it or sending a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

Our Role

Efforttrains Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We link homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install or service any products. We are also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, schedules, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, direct or control providers. We do not promise their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest that you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.
