Efforttrains Walk-In Tubs wants efforttrains.lat to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Are Aiming For

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Steps We Take

Our practices include efforts to:

• Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
• Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
• Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
• Let visitors use every page with a keyboard
• Shape pages so they read well on phones, tablets and computers
• Write in plain, simple words
• Label form fields clearly and keep forms short

Where We Still Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We review the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
