Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Efforttrains Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
